So, the first part of any trip is making sure that the car works and will get us to and back from the destination. Therefore, here I am sittif at firestone while they make sure the tires won’t fall off. And of course I’m watching their tv.
Which begs the question, when did society stop wanting truely funny television shows like “I love Lucy” or the show that was just on. It seems that these days, television shows have lost that ability to be truely funny and no one is doing anything about it.
Yes, there are good show that come along every once in a while, but none of the ones today have the power and audience that will keep them being shown 40 years from now. Example? I love Lucy is STILL on. It is actually really funny, so people still want and do watch it..
Just something to think about before I go back to reading Jane Eyre..

it’s been a while.. i guess not too long tho.
havnt been doing n e thing much..
watched for leopard yesterday, and was semi-impressed:
Time-Machine – really cool way of backing up
Spaces – virtual desktops
Mail – Stationery, Notes, todo’s
iChat – backdrops, tabs
Dashboard – dashcode, webclip- making live webpages a widget
Over the last 2 weeks, I’ve watched a house and a dog, and got some money for it! *Thinks to Self – Only $12,300 till car*

Well, i officially got my permit yesterday. i am a legal driver.
the elections for class officer were today and i am the President.
Grey’s Anatomy season finale was yesterday, Doc (the dog) and Denny died 
Izzie quit    but I missed it because I had to go off and learn to drive
